Terms of Use for Real O Who
Acceptance
By downloading or using Real O Who, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Description of the app
Real O Who is a software platform for private property sale workflow. It helps users create and review listings, save properties, exchange direct offers, message securely, manage legal handoff steps, organize settlement-related documents, and coordinate selected service providers.
License
Roper Digital Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Real O Who for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
If no separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply to the app distribution.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to use the app and, where relevant, have authority to act as a buyer, seller, owner, or authorized representative in connection with a property transaction.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app beyond what is permitted by law.
- Do not use the app in a way that could harm the app, its distribution, or other users.
- Do not upload or share false, misleading, or unlawful property information.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority over a property or transaction.
- Verify legal documents, settlement dates, disclosures, finance matters, and transaction requirements with your own professional advisers.
Accounts, starter profiles, and device use
The app may allow use through a local starter profile, device-stored experience, or later account-based features. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device or profile environment.
Property content, offers, and communications
You are responsible for the property content, offer details, messages, uploaded documents, provider selections, and other information you create, send, approve, or store through the app.
Real O Who provides workflow and organization tools only. It does not independently verify the legal accuracy, completeness, enforceability, or suitability of contracts, disclosures, settlement documents, provider information, or user statements.
No agency, legal, financial, or valuation advice
Real O Who is not a real estate agent, brokerage, law firm, conveyancing practice, lender, insurer, valuer, escrow service, or settlement agent.
Any calculators, pricing insights, workflow suggestions, reminders, rankings, backup recommendations, provider suggestions, or status summaries are provided for convenience only and are not legal, financial, tax, credit, conveyancing, or property valuation advice.
Legal representative services
You may invite or select a conveyancer, solicitor, or property lawyer to participate in a transaction through Real O Who. Any legal advice or legal work remains solely the responsibility of that professional and your relationship with them.
Third-party providers and links
Real O Who may display, rank, suggest, or link out to third-party providers such as legal professionals, movers, cleaners, utilities helpers, or map and listing services. Those providers are independent from Real O Who.
Real O Who is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, timeliness, availability, pricing, or outcome of any third-party provider, listing, or external service.
Notifications and reminders
The app may generate local reminders, follow-up prompts, and workflow alerts. These tools help you manage tasks, but you remain responsible for meeting deadlines, confirming bookings, and checking the status of your own transaction.
Availability
Real O Who is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or removed over time.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real O Who is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roper Digital Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Suspension or termination
Access to Real O Who may be limited, suspended, or terminated if use of the app is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
